Do you offer fixed-price projects or monthly retainers?
Both. Foundation Reviews and Build & Optimize engagements are typically fixed-price with a defined scope. Managed Technology Partnerships operate on a monthly retainer with clearly defined coverage.
Can I start small and expand later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Foundation Review to get clarity, then move into a Build & Optimize or Managed Partnership. There's no lock-in and no pressure to expand before you're ready.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Every proposal includes a full breakdown of what's covered. If additional scope arises, we discuss it with you before doing any work that would affect the price.
